Who was the last player to win two majors in the same season? Most people will answer Mark O'Meara, but in Athlone don't be surprised to be told it was Celeste O'Regan. She won the 36-hole Lady Captain's (Rena Harney) Prize in mid July with returns of 70 and 67, which saw her cut from 17 to 14 and she followed up last Sunday with a 69 in the President's (Tom Collins) Prize.
