Leinster Schools' Senior Cup holders Loreto Bray were held to a scoreless draw after extra time by Mount Anville in Bray yesterday in a thrilling end-toend quarter-final that would have comfortably graced the decider.
Mount Anville's Carol McGowan and Gillian Davy and Bray's Caoilfhionn Rowan and Lisa Banahan starred for their schools who must meet in a replay (the date of which has yet to be confirmed) for the right to play Loreto Beaufort in the semi-finals.
A Laura McCoy hat-trick and two goals from Dawn Allison in the day's second quarter-final helped Wesley College on their way to an emphatic 7-0 win over St Colombas - they meet Muckross Park in the other semi-final.
