Hospital ball

The National Children's Hospital, Tallaght, in association with the Hibernian Group, held a very successful fundraising golf classic at City West last week. Special guests included RTE's Pat Kenny and Pat McGorrian of Hibernian. However, neither figured in the prize list, with victory going to the David McCreevy-led Top Glass team of Seamus Brereton, Stuart Callery and Declan Bolger, who shot 95 points to win from Stan Jackson's Irish Express Cargo team with 91 and Hy-Clean third on 90. The total proceeds raised on the day will go towards the hospital's goal of raising £1m to establish a new adolescent healthcare service.
