What are the challenges facing clubs? Since 2008, membership numbers have decreased slightly, however the club has worked hard to reduce expenditure. As such, the financial position is secure and the club has self-funded capital projects such as replacing the windows, improving the male locker room and shower facilities, and investing in new course machinery over the last number of years. In 2013 the membership numbers stabilised.
