4th - Paul Kelly delivers a ball into the heart of the Galway defence. Referee Pat O'Connor whistles for holding. Eoin Kelly rifles the free from 25 yeards.

5th - Galway's Joe Rabbitte fires his team's first point.

12th - Declan Ryan contests a throw-in and wins a free. Eoin Kelly again converts from close range.

15th - Tipperary piles further pressure on the Galway back six and win a free. Once more, Eoin Kelly is accurate.

17th - Kevin Broderick is tackled but the ball spills to Eugene Cloonan, who shoots on sight.

18th - Thomas Dunne drifts forward and whips his shot high and true.

22nd - Declan Ryan makes a great catch and snaps his pass to Mark O'Leary. In space, O'Leary blasts his shot beyond Micheal Crimmins.

23rd - Fergal Healy is pushed in the back and Cloonan converts the free. 24th - The lively Eoin Kelly hones in on a loose ball near the sideline and nails his first point from play.

24th - Mark Kerins loops a hand-pass for his brother Alan. Kerin's low shot is parried by Cummins but Cloonan is poaching and first-times the rebound.

25th - Liam Hodgins concedes a 65. Tommy Dunne's trigger is flawless and Tipp breathe again.

26th - John Carroll soars to bring Brendan Cummins' puc-out back to earth, turns into space and nonchalantly floats a point.

47th - Lar Corbett drives a fine point through the breeze.

48th - Mark Kerins grabs possession and drives a reply.

49th - David Tierney is caught unawares as he controls the ball. Lar Corbett dances in to steal it from him and on open ground, finds his range again.

50th - Broderick makes a wonderful catch in a crowd and palms to Mark Kerins. The Clarinbridge man finishes the move.

59th - Galway strike again, with Liam Hodgins careering through the Tipp lines to supply Broderick. Nobody is surprised by what follows.

61st - Healy collects and ghosts pass Tomβs Costello, gliding along the Canal end line before somehow smashing his shot past Cummins.

62nd - Tipperary retain their composure and from the restart win a free. Eoin Kelly calmly knocks it over.

64th - Mark O'Leary boldly strikes from the sideline, an inspiring point.

66th - Substitute Paddy O'Brien rewards English's faith in him.

67th - Broderick scores a point that leaves a goal between the sides.

70th - Tommy Dunne is bothered neither by the breeze nor the pressure with a 65. A massive point.

72nd - Fergal Healy takes a pass and whips a point.

74th - Declan Ryan wins another dropping ball and this time supplies John Carroll. He whistles another point and Tipperary know they are home.
