Ulster Ravens 9 Munster A 10:MUNSTER A booked their place in the last four of the British and Irish Cup with a comprehensive win at Ravenhill after a poor performance from the previously unbeaten Ravens side.

Scott Deasy did his reputation no harm at all by scoring 15 of Munster’s points on what was a memorable farewell display from Will Chambers who now departs after his short-term contract.

Munster A surged into an early lead after Scott Deasy and Paddy Jackson had exchanged early penalties when Chambers, in his last competitive game before heading back to Australia, stormed through a porous Ulster midfield to put Scanlon over. Leading 17-3 at the break, Ian Costello’s side managed a solitary Deasy penalty after the break.
