As the Yanks are prone to say, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it," and Dublin manager Tom Carr has decided to follow a similar policy in naming an unchanged starting 15 for Sunday's Church and General National Football League trip to take on Armagh at the Athletic Grounds.

Paul Curran, who missed Dublin's opening win in the league against Tyrone last Sunday week due to business commitments, is available again, but must be content with a place among the substitutes as the Dublin management keep faith with the same line-up in their attempt to secure back-to-back wins.

Tyrone have an all-new half forward line for Sunday's clash with Offaly at Pomeroy. Peter Canavan and Brian Dooher return from injury to team up with Gerard Cavlan, who moves to attack from midfield. And Seamus McCallan, who also missed the defeat by Dublin, through suspension, comes in at midfield to partner his Carrickmore club-mate Davitt McElroy.

Stepen Lawn makes way in attack, while Fergal Logan is the player to lose out at midfield.

Meath manager Sean Boylan has made just one alteration from the team which accounted for Clare in their opening league game for next Sunday's match against Monaghan in Pairc Tailteann. Barry Callaghan has been named at full-forward in place of Evan Kelly. Goalkeeper Martin McNamara and team captain Ray Silke are being "rested" for All-Ireland champions Galway's match with Donegal in Tuam, while Jarlath Fallon, the GAA Writers' footballer of the year, is still troubled by a thumb injury and misses out again.

Pat Comer, who has spent much of the year as understudy to McNamara, resumes his place between the posts, while Sean O Domhnaill, who missed the win over Leitrim, returns to partner Kevin Walsh at midfield.

Kildare have adopted a similar approach to their opening match - when they beat Down - by deferring selection until "Saturday night, Sunday morning" for their encounter with Derry in Ballinascreen. The delay is to see how the Clane contingent come through their Leinster club engagement on Saturday.

Only four regulars have been selected on the Waterford hurling team to play Dublin in the Oireachtas competition at Parnell Park tomorrow. They are the Lismore quartet of goalkeeper Brendan Landers, wing forwards Dan Shanahan and Dave Bennett along with full-forward Sean Daly.
