SCHOOLS RUGBY: Coláiste Iognáid 9 Garbally College 3:CHAMPIONS COLÁISTE Iognáid – bidding for a first three-in-a-row – advanced to the semi-finals of the Connacht schools' senior cup yesterday thanks to three penalties from outhalf Robert Butler.
The Galway city school led 3-0 at the break.
Two more successful Butler kicks after the break extended the lead, Garbally replied with a fine kick from fullback Ross Keller from out on the left.
