Bellaghy won their third consecutive senior football championship at Celtic Park yesterday when they pipped Ballinderry in a disappointing affair. Ballinderry were in control of the game and leading by 0-7 to 04 when Barry McOscar was sent off for a second bookable offence in the 28th minute. His dismissal was the turning point in the game.

For Ballaghy, Gavin Diamond was accurate from frees, while Conleth Gilligan scored half of Ballinderry's tally.

Bellaghy now meet Antrim champions, Cargin in the first round of the Ulster championship in a fortnight's time.
