Could anyone have chosen a better candidate than Mick Galwey to launch the new sports travel group "Specialist"? Captain of the Munster team, Galwey has had first-hand experience of playing (and socialising) in five continents.
Concentrating on all areas of sports travel, with particular emphasis on rugby at schools and club level for both players and supporters, the group will operate from both Limerick and Dublin.
Specialists will cover the tour to Australia by the Lions in June/July next year and it will be hosted by Galwey himself.
Packages will also include European Cup games involving Munster, Leinster and Ulster as well as Ireland's match against Italy next February in the Six Nations Championship. What this means for rugby is that alikadooism can now truly go global.
