June 12th: The body of Maurice Martin (21), from Navan, Co Meath, is discovered in Finglas. Detectives believe he was stabbed during a fight.
June 5th: Anthony ORiordan, from Coolock, Dublin, is found stabbed to death in an apartment in Barrow Mills, Graiguecullen, Co Carlow.
May 17th: The body of 28-year-old David Sharkey is found in the boot of a car in Finglas. He had sustained stab wounds to the chest and arms.
May 17th: Michal Skotak, a Polish national, dies after being stabbed at a holy communion party in his house in Tralee.

in the throat at her home in East Wall, Dublin.
