Sir, - While I have every sympathy with people on rural water schemes being charged for domestic water supplies, which the urban dweller gets free, there is one group of rural people who still have to pay for this water. These are people who have their own wells, and have no chance of being connected to a group or any other supply.
Are these people going to be surcharged on road tax, or will they be given a rebate? Wake up politicians, there are votes here! - Yours, etc.,
