Madam, - Redmond Holloway (November 25th) wonders where the motoring lobby has gone. Rest assured, Mr Holloway, they haven't gone away, you know. I see them every day, clogging up the roads, polluting the air, nipping down bus lanes, parking on double yellow lines, footpaths and cycle lanes, ignoring speed limits while talking on their mobile phones.
Despite this hectic schedule it would appear that some still find the time to write letters to The Irish Times blaming everyone else except themselves for the chaos they inflict daily on our towns and cities. - Yours, etc.,
