Madam, - There is a simple solution to the plight of Ireland's mega-rich who apparently have just realised that they can't take it with them ("The Giving Business", Weekend, July 1st) and who are anxious to give back without the fuss of publicity.
Why not lend their voices to a call for the introduction of a fair and progressive tax system? As they say, where there's a will there's a way. - Yours, etc,
