Sir, It is very easy for somebody not a Jew to criticise the actions of Mr Netanyahu for his handling of the peace process. But the fact remains that 11 Israel soldiers were killed by weapons supplied by the Israeli Government. God knows how many more before the present violence stops.
If Mr. Netanyahu returned the Golan Heights to Syria, it might not be 11 Israeli soldiers killed it might be 11 hundred, or even 11 thousand. Would you take that risk? I know that I would not. In my opinion, opening the tunnel was not the cause of the present violence. It was something waiting to happen. Every Jew wants peace in the Middle East but not at any price.
