Sir, – On a recent walk in Stoneybatter, Dublin 7, I was delighted to see an old-style P&T telephone box repurposed as a defibrillator station.
The local community involved in creating this clever and attractive use of public space for the common good is to be commended.
Hopefully we will see more of these vintage cream and green boxes repurposed for a good cause soon.
