Madam, - Thank you for printing the letter from Tomás Finn (November 6th).
He captured perfectly how I feel about the injustices endured by the most vulnerable and needy in our society. I gave it to my teenage son to read in the hope that it will ignite in him and his peers a sense of responsibility towards such people.
Perhaps whatever sense of outrage and anger we have lost might be recaptured by a new generation. - Yours, etc,
