Sir, - In response to the report by Frank McDonald (The Irish Times, August 3rd) may I boldly suggest that Mr McDonald and An Taisce visit Corboy Presbyterian Church in Co Longford to see the wonderful restoration work that has taken place there.
All credit is due to the local congregation, the home mission board of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland, Longford County Council and FAS.
It is easy to criticise, but is it harder to give praise where praise is due! -Yours, etc.,
