Sir, – My car is now of the age where, under ordinary circumstances, it is required to have a NCT every year.Over the last six months, I have driven less than 500 kilometres, and I do not see that changing in the near future. Would the powers that be perhaps consider switching from a blunt calendar metric to one based on distance travelled? – Yours, etc,
