Madam, – On behalf of the Malahide justice and peace group, I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the Kerr family on the callous taking of Ronan Kerr’s life (Front page, April 4th). No justification can ever be proffered for such a calculated murder of a young Irishman who wished only to serve his community.
This group also extends its sympathies to Ronan Kerr’s colleagues in the PSNI and to its chief constable. – Yours, etc,
