Sir, - Perhaps Barry Kenny, of Iarnrod Eireann, having sorted the Greystone DART complainer out (June 14th), could now address us poor fools in Maynooth. We have a double line, new signals, the works. But naturally, not an extra train in sight.
Interestingly, despite all the track improvements the journey time to the city has been increased by 10 minutes in the morning. Would Mr Kenny claim that this makes our tickets better value as we get to spend longer on the train for no extra cost? - Yours, etc.,
