Madam, - Here we go again. Fireworks have been going off for the past few weeks and will go on going off long after October 31st. They terrorise people and animals; they cause horrific injuries.
Is there anybody out there who understands my confusion? The smoking ban came in like a lamb this year. The ban on illegal fireworks has been in operation for years, but it's Groundhog Hallowe'en. - Yours, etc.,
