Sir, - An Post recently delivered a letter to me that was clearly addressed to someone else. The intended recipient had a different first name, a different surname, a different house name, a different street name, and even a different street type (mine's a "lawn", not an "avenue"). To be fair, An Post did get the house number and the city right (6 and Cork).
I'm sending this via e-mail: who knows where it will end up if I send it through the post? - Yours, etc.,
