Madam, - A group of four of us went for a refreshment in the Westbury Hotel, off Grafton Street, last weekend. Two glasses of "house" wine and a pot of tea for two totted up to a staggering €24.80. Home entertaining is booming; I wonder why. Next time, refreshments are in my house where I can do it for a fraction of the cost. - Yours, etc.,
