Energy bills and a tax on carbon tax

Sir, – I recently received bulk liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for space heating in my home.

Carbon tax was added to the price of the LPG, and that’s fine, but then VAT was subsequently applied to the LPG and the carbon tax. A tax on carbon tax.

Is it any wonder people’s energy bills are skyrocketing.
