Sir, - I refer to Catherine Sweeney's letter (March 25th). Surely it is totally unfair to lay the blame at the feet of the Corporation. A little civic pride on the part of each and every individual would go a very long way to solving our appalling litter problem, be it in Dublin or elsewhere in the country. - Yours etc.,
