Madam, - Does anybody else get as confused as I do, on seeing a tram that is obviously heading for the city centre, yet displays its destination as "Sandyford"? And vice versa?
Get a grip, lads: it's been only six weeks - it can't be that difficult to change the destination sign at the terminus. And take pity on those of us who depend on you to tell us which way we're going. - Yours, etc.,
