Sir, – I would like to agree with Desmond Fitzgerald (September 14th) regarding the financial services ombudsman. I am one of the 12,000 people who were affected by the recent debacle with the Irish Credit Bureau.
I am taking this up with the Financial Services Ombudsman and I hope many more of the 12,000 will also do so. Perhaps then we can get a better result than another “apology” from AIB. – Yours, etc,
