Madam, – My son recently received a standard letter from eFlow relating to a fine incurred for driving his car through the M50 toll in early September without paying the appropriate toll. As usual, penalties and additional charges are mentioned.
My son is currently in Australia completing a master’s degree. His car sits at home and the battery is completely flat. The car has not moved in more than three months.
