Balkan Crisis

Sir, - Out of sheer politeness, I feel obliged to answer B. O'Conghaile (June 6th). I have refrained from writing to you during the past 11 weeks of NATO's bombing of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, since so many of your intelligent readers have expressed views identical to mine, and those of all Yugoslavs.

However, if B. O'Conghaile is prepared to accept all the propaganda that is served up in the media as gospel truth, that is his privilege! As always, in any war, truth is the first casualty. Does he perhaps forget that there were no Albanian refugees in Albania and Macedonia until NATO started its murderous campaign? - Yours, etc., Zivko Jaksic,
