Madam, – As an ardent follower of the Dubs I was delighted to hear that Mrs Windsor would be paying a visit to Croke Park (Home News, April 4th). May I take this opportunity to impart some advice to HMQ: 1. Do not buy tickets from touts – make sure they are from a reputable source. 2. Best to bring your own sandwiches as food in the ground can be expensive. 3. Retro Dubs jerseys are really cool. 4. The best view from the Hill is halfway up just to the left of the goal. 5. Please be respectful towards the officials – they are well-meaning amateurs. 6. Leave around five minutes before the game finishes so as to avoid the crowds and get to the bar in Quinn’s. You will have to step over the droppings from the Garda horses to get there. 7. And finally, if the English ever take up Gaelic games we will beat them at those also. Enjoy your stay Ma’am. – Yours, etc,
