A trickle-down healthcare system

Sir, – What the public have access to is a kind of trickle-down healthcare system. It is a system designed by the rich for the rich, and looked at in that way, it actually works quite efficiently. I guess the public should be grateful that there is enough wealth in the country such that anything trickles down to them at all. – Yours, etc,
