MOSCOW - President Yeltsin could return to the Kremlin for brief visits as early as next week, Interfax news agency quoted his chief doctor as saying yesterday.
Mr Sergei Mironov said Mr Yeltsin (65), was recovering smoothly from the quintuple heart bypass operation carried out on November 5th to improve the blood supply to his heart and to enable him to lead a normal life.
