One woman was killed and a second has been seriously injured after a single-vehicle crash in south Dublin.
A 24-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene on the Blessington Road, Tallaght while a 20-year-old woman is being treated for her injuries in Tallaght Hospital.
The death has brought to 73 the number of people killed on Irish roads so far this year.
Crash investigators who are at the scene have appealed for information.
