A number of apartments were evacuated last night following a fire at a complex near the Burlington Hotel in Dublin.
The fire broke out at about 1am at Rowan House on the Mespil Estate on Sussex Street.
A woman, thought to be aged in her 50s, was taken to hospital. Her condition is not known.
Four fire engines attended the blaze. The scene was declared safe a short time after 4am.
