A 25-year-old woman was fatally injured when her car left the road and crashed into a field in Co Louth last night.
The accident happened at Dunmahon near Dundalk before 11pm.
The woman, who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A post mortem examination will be carried out today.

The Dunmahon Road is closed to facilitate an examination of the area by Garda forensic collision investigators.
Gardaí are asking anyone who was in the area between 9pm and 11pm last night to contact them at Dundalk Garda station on 042 9388400.
