A US die manufacturer is to establish its European headquarters in Clonakilty, Co Cork, and create 34 jobs.
Ellison is a leading maker of dies and die-cutting equipment for the education and craft sectors.
The company is expanding into Europe and will base its headquarters in the West Cork Business and Technology Park in Clonakilty.
Clonakilty will provide customer support, sales, marketing, administration and finance and will later have research and development.
