Manchester United are to propose a partnership arrangement with Moroccan side CODM Meknes to promote exchanges between the two sides, Moroccan sports daily Al Mountakhabsaid today.
The report said the proposal would be a "great surprise for Meknes," who are currently fifth in their championship.
The report indicated United wanted to help set up and run a football centre for young local talent with better players getting the chance to sign up for United.
Al Mountakhab said United officials were due in Morocco tomorrow to put the idea to Meknes.
