A Tyrone man, Mr Keith McAteer (28), of Newmills, appeared at a special court in Cookstown yesterday, charged with attempting to murder Mr Raymond Black last Saturday. The charge relates to a shooting incident. Mr McAteer was remanded in custody to appear at Maze on September 25th.
