Two men have appeared in court in connection with the seizure of ecstasy and cocaine with an estimated value of €1.75 million in Co Tipperary earleir this week.
Mr Cecil Kinsella, (28) from Pinewood Drive, Clonmel, and Mr Christopher Maguire (27) from Glen Oaks in Clonmel, appeared at a special sitting of Cahir District Court.
They were remanded in custody until October 1st.
They were arrested in a raid at a house in Clonmel on Thursday. The court heard around 150,000 ecstasy tablets and a kilo of cocaine were found during the Garda operation.
