An action instituted by a former crime correspondent with the Sunday Independent against Independent Newspapers resumes at the Employment Appeals Tribunal in Dublin this morning.
Ms Liz Allen, who was crime correspondent for the newspaper from 1996 until last year, claims she was constructively dismissed from the job last September.
