Mr Gerard Collins, Mr Niall Andrews and Mr Jim Fitzsimons have been invited by the Iranian government to meet members of the country's parliament and administration, including the Foreign Minister, Mr Kamal Kharazi.

Issues to be discussed include the EU response to the Bam earthquake, economic and political ties between Iran and the EU, and the need to move the Middle East peace process forward.
