BETHUNE - A French court gave the bankrupt businessman and former cabinet minister Bernard Tapie a two year suspended jail sentence yesterday for fraud, his third conviction in a year. The court in Bethune, northern France, found Tapie guilty of misappropriating funds from the Testut firm.
