Drogheda - Department of Social and Family Affairs: Site agreed in principle.
Killarney - Department of Arts, Sport and Tourism: Local authority site identified as a solution.
Kilrush - Revenue Commissioners: Discussions with developer of existing office development.
Limerick - Department of Foreign Affairs: Negotiations on an existing office development.
Listowel - Revenue Commissioners: Negotiations with private developer of an office project.
Longford - Irish Prison Service: Deal agreed on site.
Loughrea - Department of Transport: Initial site no longer viable, search recommenced.
Newbridge - Department of Defence: Negotiations on a site.
Newcastle West - Revenue Commissioners: Deal agreed on site.
Portlaoise - Department of Agriculture: Negotiations advanced on a site.
Sligo - Department of Social and Family Affairs: Tenders received for extension to existing office.
Trim - Office of Public Works: Deal almost completed on site.
