Two games in Division II of the Allianz Football League have been postponed due to unplayable pitches, while today’s race meeting at Naas has been cancelled.

Louth’s meeting with Galway is off after the pitch at the Gaelic Grounds in Drogheda was waterlogged overnight and the game between Armagh and Wexford at the Athletic Grounds has suffered the same fate.

Naas was called off following a 7.30am inspection.

“Parts of the track are waterlogged. It’s raining now and there’s no chance of the meeting going ahead,” said Irish Turf Club officer Cliff Noone.
