A crewman on a Spanish fishing boat 80 miles west of Co Kerry was airlifted to hospital in Limerick early yesterday after an accident on board the vessel.
Marine Rescue were alerted to the accident at 7.30 a.m. Its Shannon-based rescue helicopter airlifted the man, who suffered a dislocated shoulder, to Limerick Regional Hospital.
