A number of shots were fired into the home of a loyalist, Mr Barry Bradbury (61), at Donnard Gardens in Lurgan early yesterday morning. Mr Bradbury said he had been targeted by loyalist paramilitaries in recent years. He has run an anti-drugs campaign run in Lurgan and more recently he regularly spoke to the murdered Sunday World journalist Martin O'Hagan.
Mr Bradbury is appealing a decision of the Northern Secretary, Dr John Reid, not to include him in the Northern Ireland Office key worker protection scheme.
