Several passengers travelling on the Aircoach from Cork to Dublin were injured this morning when the vehicle overturned on the N8 between Mitchelstown and Cahir.
A Garda spokesman said up to eight people, including the driver, were taken to hospital with minor injuries following the crash.
One of the passengers is reported to have sustained a broken leg in the crash, which occurred shortly before 9.30am.
The road has now been reopened but is expected to be closed later in the day to allow the coach to be removed.
