A Co Offaly youth who pleaded guilty at Tullamore Circuit Court yesterday to charges of falsely imprisoning a 21 old woman against her will and to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and sexual assault on the same occasion, had the charges adjourned for nine months by Judge Sean O'Leary.
Remanding Derek Deane (18), Carrig, Birr, to November 5th, Judge O'Leary said he was giving no guarantee a custodial sentence would not be imposed.
