Mount Morris - The six-year-old boy who fatally shot a first-grade classmate last week will be expelled from school for at least 90 days under a Michigan law, a school district spokeswoman said yesterday.
"There is a law here in Michigan that requires if a child brings a weapon to school, or uses it, it's a mandatory 90 days," said the Genesee intermediate school district spokeswoman, Ms Susan Stuber.
